Meeting Room

  • * Lighting: screen and stage area fully illuminated, audience area darkened
  • * No direct lighting on the screen
  • * Air conditioning
  • * No smoking or ashtrays.
  • * Ice water and glasses for Marirose Steigerwald

Equipment and Materials

  • * Projection Screen minimum of 9 1/2 x 10 or 10 x 14
  • * No lecturn is required. If front projection, a small equipment table is required on which to place a laptop computer (Note: Marirose will bring her own computer and will need it to be within 40 feet of her so that she can use her own remote changer to control her presentation)
  • * Lavaliere cordless microphone, UHF broadcast quality.
  • * Please send Corporate Logo to be used in presentation by Marirose to marirose[at]workforcechemistry[dot]com
  • * Sound and equipment check required the evening before her presentation. Please contact Marirose at 919-673-4989 to make those arrangements. (A/V houses are welcome)
